It is shameful how many people are jumping on the band wagan of green profits. It can be affordable to those who do their homework. The consumer has to start walking into these model home tours and asking what does this house do? The dollar rules us all, if you cant sell a house because it doesnt have solar. They want to sell homes, so start the buzz and tell them what you demand of them for the sale.
Green is so new that most dont understand it, stop complaining about how bad it is and start making a difference with knowledge. If you want change then change it. Our consumer society is full of wonderful opportunity to make a difference, people just need the knowledge. I can build green for the same price as track housing,and so can you. Green will not be an option in 5 years,it will be the standard.
