Greenpeace was founded at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in 1971 as an environmental group. From time to time it pops up in the media due to its somewhat radical actions in protecting the environment, such as its supporters locking themselves into trees to prevent logging.
What's your view on Greenpeace? Do we need this kind of radicalism in the society or are the traditional channels of influencing such as voting always better?
